I’m a proud mom, wife, and passionate chef with a deep love for creating culinary experiences that bring joy to others. My journey began in Colombia, where I studied haute cuisine and developed a strong foundation in the art of fine cooking. After moving to the United States, I decided to pursue advanced studies in pastry arts. In 2020, I graduated with honors as a pastry chef, ranking among the top of my class at one of the most prestigious culinary schools.
I have gained diverse experience, including a specialization in kosher cuisine, and have honed my skills in creating stunning and intricate designs using fondant.
Over the years, I’ve mastered the art of blending classic French techniques with modern, innovative flavors and presentation styles. My goal is to deliver not just cakes, but edible works of art that leave a lasting impression on your special occasions.
